Shipping Damages and Similar Incidents

We take great care to avoid damages during shipping. While our damage rate is exceptional low, we do experience damages from time-to-time from carelessness by delivery personnel. If damages should occur, it is our responsibility to obtain replacement parts and get them to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, you will receive a replacement for the damaged part(s) within one to two weeks. In rare cases, it might take longer.

Order Cancellations

Because there are substantial costs incurred from cancellations, we charge a 5% cancellation fee for any cancellation made of any reason. Products that have shipped or are staged to ship may also mean you are charged up to a 20% restocking fee. We ask that you make plans and understand that your a responsible to ensure your furniture is accepted once your order has been placed. All shipping and handling costs will also be deducted in an event of a cancellation, regardless of reason.

Customer Delayed Receipt of Product

In the event you are not able to accept the product once a carrier has made an attempt for delivery, you will be given a five day grace period to make arrangements to receive the product. After this grace period is over, you will be responsible for any carrier fees incurred for such a delay.
